X-EATS is run by Namcor LTD. We are the Data Controller for your information, which means we are responsible for deciding how your data is used and making sure it stays safe under UK law.

1. Information We Collect

To help you get your food quickly and show you the best local deals, we collect:

  • Personal Details: Your name, phone number, and email address.
  • Location: Your GPS location so drivers can find you and we can show you nearby restaurants.
  • Order History: What you like to buy, so we can suggest shops you might enjoy.
Our Promise

We DO NOT SELL your private information to other companies. We only share necessary details (like your address) with the shop and driver so they can complete your order.

2. Payment Security

We use Stripe to handle all payments. This means we never see or store your full credit card details on our own servers.

  • While we use the best security tools available, you are responsible for keeping your phone and password secure.
  • X-EATS cannot be held responsible for issues caused by someone else using your login details or a stolen device.

3. Our Relationship with Drivers & Shops

When you use X-EATS, it's important to understand who is doing what:

  • Independent Drivers: Drivers are self-employed contractors, not X-EATS employees. They are responsible for their own insurance and safe driving.
  • Independent Shops: Restaurants and stores are separate businesses. They are responsible for the quality and safety of the food they prepare.
  • Account Rules: If a driver or shop breaks our safety rules or tries to trick the GPS system, their account will be closed immediately.

4. Getting Paid (For Partners)

If you are a driver or restaurant, we use Stripe to send your earnings to you. We try to process these daily, but it can take a few extra days to show up in your bank account depending on your bank's rules.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to see what information we have about you, or to ask us to delete your account and data forever.
