READ THIS FIRST: By using the X-EATS website or app, you agree to these rules. If you don't agree with them, please do not use our service.

1. About Us and What We Do

1.1 Who we are: X-EATS is owned by Namcor LTD, a company based in England (Company No. 16192086).

1.2 Our job: We provide a platform for you to browse and order from local restaurants and shops. When you buy something, the actual contract for the food is between you and the shop you bought it from. We simply handle the technology and help organize the delivery.

2. Placing an Order

2.1 Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and place orders.

2.2 Alcohol & Cigarettes: These items can only be sold to people 18 or older. We use a "Challenge 25" rule. If you look under 25, the driver will ask for ID. If you can't show a valid ID, the driver cannot give you the items and you will not be refunded.

3. Prices and Extra Fees

All prices include VAT. We also charge for delivery and a small service fee to keep the app running. These are shown clearly before you pay.

4. Discount Codes

4.1 Usage: Discount codes can only be used on our website or app and must be added at checkout. They cannot be swapped for cash.

4.2 Rules: Most codes are "one per household" and have an expiry date. We may cancel a code if we think it is being used unfairly.

4.3 Minimum Spend: Some codes only work if you spend a certain amount on food (this usually doesn't include the delivery fee).

5. Gift Cards

5.1 Using them: You can use X-EATS gift cards to pay for all or part of your order. They usually expire 12 months after they are bought.

5.2 No Refunds: We cannot refund gift cards once they are bought. If an order you paid for with a gift card is cancelled, the money will go back onto the gift card, not to your bank.

6. Making Changes or Getting Help

6.1 Cancellations: Because our system sends your order to the kitchen almost instantly, you cannot cancel an order once it has been placed.

6.2 Issues: If something is wrong (like missing food or bad quality), tell us through the "Help" section in the app within 24 hours. We will work with the restaurant to sort it out for you.
