What are the requirements to deliver with X-EATS?
To deliver with us, you’ll need to be 18 years old or older, have an Apple or Android smartphone with data, and a moped, bike or car (plus licence and the correct insurance). No previous experience is needed.
How do I make money as a Courier?
You make money for each delivery. The courier app will send you delivery ‘offers’ which you can review and decide whether to accept or decline.
Do Couriers need background checks?
Yes. Everybody is required to share an existing, or complete a new, criminal background and right to work (RTW) check. For new checks, you’ll receive an email from Namcor.
Can I use my own equipment?
Yes. While we offer branded gear like jackets and thermal bags, there is no obligation to use them. You can use your own equipment as long as it meets our minimum safety requirements.
Do I need to submit my availability every week?
Yes, we operate a closed network to maintain a balance of couriers and orders. You may also have the opportunity to jump on "open runs" when things are busy.
Can I change my preferred delivery zone?
Please only apply in the zone you wish to deliver in. If your preferred zone is closed, we are unable to transfer your account later.
What are the Sign Up Incentive Terms?
